At Faneuil Hall Dental Associates we work to find the best payment option for you regardless of whether or not you have dental insurance.

Patients With Dental Insurance

For patients who have dental insurance, we accept most insurance plans. We file your insurance paperwork for you. If you are a new patient or you know your insurance information has changed, please bring your dental insurance card or an insurance claim form to your next dental appointment. If you do not have an insurance card, please be prepared to provide the name of the employer the plan is with, the name of the dental insurance carrier, and the social security number or I.D. number of the subscriber (especially if the subscriber is a family member).

We do not accept welfare and government sponsored plans. If you are having difficulty finding a provider who accepts welfare or government sponsored plans, we recommend you call the insurance carrier and ask for a list of providers in your area.

Patients Without Dental Insurance

For patients who do not have insurance, we offer a plan to help you achieve optimum dental care at a price you can afford. Our F.H.Dental plan was originally set up to help small business owners and non-profit organizations afford dental care. The program was so successful that we made it available for all patients without insurance. The plan offers a free second cleaning in six months and significant discounts on restorative dentistry.
