Scheduling

Your appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. If it becomes necessary to change your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice, so the time may be given to someone else.

To schedule an appointment please call our office or click Appointment Request and fill out the requested information and someone will call you promptly.

Our office confirms appointments two ways. E-mail confirmations are typically sent two or more days prior to your appointment. If you do not wish to give us your e-mail address or you do not confirm the appointment, we will call you to remind you the day before your schedule appointment.
